I *believe* this uses polling mode and also hangs during reboot (and won't shutdown -p either). If I use pcic mode, i get the 'can't assign fast interrupts' message as well. I don't think either mode reboots or shuts down unless i eject the cards first. Warner, do you still need that PR filed for modem PC cards?
