The vjcomp option is in telbin.exe's config file rather than being anything to do with plip.com. This is from memory - the last time I ran telbin.exe was around March '96 when I hacked it to send telnet data to a UART and vice-versa. The config file I'm talking about is the same one in which you specify your IP address.
