Not sure what I did but I never had this problem before so I reinstalled. And the same thing occured? Is there an option to turn your freeBSD connection into Stealth mode from a standard install? I think it's the way I'm getting my 3rd IP address (only suppose to have to) but my freeBSD box can ping outside address's and I know I am able to connect to the internet. I changed my settings in /etc/inetd.conf and /etc/rc.conf and I am able to ftp/telnet from my FreeBSD box.
