It seems wrong that perl now wants to put stuff in /usr/local... Shouldn't this stuff be going into /usr/share/perl, like it did before? Even if the concensus is that it's ok for perl to put stuff in /usr/local, BSD.local.dist should be updated to include the new dirs... Otherwise, h2ph simply fails.
