Hi,
I am trying to install FreeBSD. I select the standard MBR on the install screen. After it's done installing and I reboot, I get a no operating system found error. It's like its not copying the MBR to the bootsector. If I reinstall it and select the multi-OS boot manager, it will load that boot manager but, when I press F1, (load FreeBSD), it will just return me to the f prompt, like it can find the FreeBSD kernel. However, if i put in my boot floppy and tell it to specifically load from 0:sd(0,a)kernel, then it will load. I guess, I'm wondering if I'm missing a step here for it to automatically load without having to put the floppy in everytime.

Thanks, I appreciate your help.

Brett Hamlin
