I am totally new to FreeBSD. In the weekend I installed FreeBSD and compiled my first kernel and it seems to work quite stable . Most of the time I do not use that box very much . and I am interested to do little test things . I am very happy that it works so easy and fine and I definitely want to learn more about it. I thought of maybe you could need some resources on the box while it is standing most of the time here and is working only as file server, so most of the time would be free for testing . (it is behind a Router/firewall), Hope to hear from you soon.
