I just installed 4.4 on a box, and am getting these error messages printed 
out to the screen every 30 seconds or so.  I did notice a post with this same 
problem in 2001, but I could not find a resolution to his problem on the list.

The message is as follows:

date	host	getty[pid]: login_tty /dev/console : Operation Not supported by 
device

If someone could help me resolve this I would greatly appreciate it ;)
