X.org 6.9 does not have any support for the X1300. There might be some support for it in the upcoming X.org 7.x (for x > 0), but I am not sure about that. If you are using the 'vesa' driver I believe that you can only use those modes that have been pre-programmed in the card's BIOS. 1280x800 (or other wide-screen resolutions) is usually not one of those. -- <Insert your favourite quote here.> Erik Trulsson ertr1013@student.uu.se
