We should only apply this change to RL5C46X. Because following registers,

	#define CB_BCR_RL_3E0_EN       0x0800
	#define CB_BCR_RL_3E2_EN       0x1000

don't exist in RL5C47X. These codes are also commented out in NetBSD.
