 Some more infos: 
 - I tried creating a standalone program which only mmaps a file,fork,access the file 
   it is not enough 
 - I could catch the last message on the console wich was something like: 
   get_pv_entry: couldn't get_pv_entry 
   Automatic reboot in progress...
