hello: i installed cisco aironet 802.11a/b/g wirless adapter on 6.3 and have some issues. basically it works like charm with wpa2/dhcp, but it doesn't work with wpa2/static ip address. here is my working configuration for rc.conf ifconfig_ath0="ssid home WPA DCHP" everything works: authentication, dhcp process, ip address binding to the interface. but any time i change to: ifconfig_ath0="ssid home WPA inet 192.168.1.12 netmask 255.255.255.0" everything else works except the binding of the static ip address to the interface. did i do any wrong? thanks in advance.
