	Ahem. You are not correct I think. The ssh2 software which people in
www.ssh.fi land wrote has a very restricted license, but the protocol itself
is open. See: http://www.ietf.cnri.reston.va.us/ids.by.wg/secsh.html for
IETF drafts.
[this is like tcp/ip -- MS has a proprietary stack, but protocol is open]
