To: hackers@FreeBSD.ORG Date: Fri, 10 Apr 1998 11:48:02 +0200 (MET DST) X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4 PL23] Content-Type: text Sender: owner-freebsd-hackers@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Since a CD burn was unexpectedly aborted today, i tried to close the trackleaving the next one open, and burned a second track on the disk. this went ok, (and if i look at the TOC on the disk i have two data tracks), but it seems that there is no way to tell mount_cd9660 to use a track different from the first data track ? I'd expect the fix to this to be quite simple, just read the TOC from the disk and use a different starting block, but i am ot sure if there is any support in the wcd driver for things like /dev/wcd0track0 would it be hard to implement it ? And where, perhaps in the wcd driver ? cheers luigi -----------------------------+-------------------------------------- Luigi Rizzo | Dip. di Ingegneria dell'Informazione email: luigi@iet.unipi.it | Universita' di Pisa tel: +39-50-568533 | via Diotisalvi 2, 56126 PISA (Italy) fax: +39-50-568522 | http://www.iet.unipi.it/~luigi/ _____________________________|______________________________________ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
