Tonight, my daily backup was completely jamming. The process trying
to write to the tape was:
0 54453 54451 0 -8 0 1708 368 physst DWL ?? 0:00.33 team 1m 3
The tape moved occasionally a bit (audible event), but was otherwise
stuck. Note that the green LED on the Tandberg is normally flashing
when the device is active, and steady green when it's idle -- it was
steady green back then.
My only remedy was to perform a SCSI bus reset (a BDR didn't help,
the "camcontrol reset 1:4:0" went stuck as well).
This never ever happened before... When it happens again, does
anybody have an idea how to debug why it jams in physstrat()? (DDB is
available, CAMDEBUG as well.)
