Hello,

I noticed that many ports (including mod_php4) have this line in 
their Makefile: 

USE_AUTOCONF=yes

but, the current version of ports seems to build autoconf213, 
autoheader213, etc. instead of just autoconf, autoheader, etc.

Thus, ports relying on autoconf can't find it (unless it was 
installed earlier).

I do not know whether it is a serious problem, but just wanted to 
point out.
