By default, no; it's sendmail 8.8.8.

But you can visit http://www.sendmail.org/, which has pointers to Claus
Assman's anti-relaying rulesets, which I've used successfully with
sendmail 8.8.8.  (Actually, while I was at it, I also built Wietse
Venema's tcp_wrappers, then re-compiles sendmail 8.8.8 to use libwrap.a,
which allows a significant degree of flexibility re: what systems are
allowed to use your machine's SMTP port.)
