Web link is: http://www.cs.pdx.edu/research/SMN/ Page down to the second section "PSU project code distributions". The minimal amount of mobileIP code embedded into the kernel is easy to isolate and is (again) small wrt the line count of IPSec code. It can also be left alone and simply not turned on. If you are familiar with IPSec and defining Security Associations & all that, it should work (roughly) out of the box. Complete instructions and contact information for us may be found in the tarball READMEs. Regards, D.
