Grab any of the directories in there, or, if you want to update all of your ports in one shot (and you have a fast network connection or are willing to keep your ppp link up for an hour or so), grab "ports-current.tar" (this will instruct the ftp server to automagically tar up the whole directory structure on-the-fly).
