Sometimes, initialization succeeds and I have the classical pattern on the screen - but then, the server is very unstable and prone to segfaults ; sometimes it just freezes or segfaults. Switching consoles also takes a long time (~ 10s) with the screen going dark. Strangely, the server output, even in verbose mode, doesn't show any error message.
