Some time in the next few weeks, I should be receiving a tape library with a Differential SCSI interface; so I'm in the market for a matching host adapter. I confess, I haven't been keeping track, which (differential) controllers are best supported under FreeBSD 3.1 and up? Is it still the NCR/Symbios series? Which have the best performance? Which should be avoided? What brand-names use which chipsets? Thanks, -Pat To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-scsi" in the body of the message
