Problem report bin/7298 (an enhancement to ln) provides a suggested fix in the file: ftp://ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/pathconvert4.tar.gz However, I cannot fetch this file. I seem to recall that read permission was turned off for incoming/ to thwart the jerks that propagate stolen software. Is there any way I could get this file?
