Hi,

for the adventurous out there, I have just put up a new set of files
on the SMP web page: test4b  (ignore 4a)

these files eliminate (I hope) problems for machines with less than 
640k of base memory.  They also cleanup ALOT of the low level AP
boot code.  I would like testers to let me know if anything breaks,
so that I can get these commited to the tree and go on to something else!
