Sounds like they have tried to make their software interface pretty much the same for all of their cards (with notable exceptions I'm sure) So, I am haggling with them to see if I can get a license agreement where I can put the license text at the beginning of the source and distribute the source. I think they are willing but they still might force me the distribute their part as object code (which is not really acceptable...)
