I am trying to install databases/firebird2-server, but the process keeps 
failing with:

<cut>
==> Please do not build firebird as 'root' because this may cause conflicts with SysV semaphores of running services.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/databases/firebird2-client.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/databases/firebird2-server.

Now, I am simply not sure how else I can install without being 'root':-)
