Hrmm just a thought, perhaps the TCBHASHSIZE should be influenced by
maxusers. Something along the lines of nmbclusters * 1.5 + round up to
power of two, or whatever would make the hash table most effective.
Considering the importance and commonness of tcb hash lookups it seems
like a good way to improve performance on systems with large numbers of
connections.
