Hi ALL
First - Speed
I running natd on my box, and some times the internet connection come slowwwwwwwwwwwwww, that i need recall the ISP.
If i run ppp -alias the connection will be more fast?, is the problem with provider?
My modem is a 33.600 kbps (ok itīs small, but canīt be so slow)
Second - Configuration
I have a Realtek (xxx) ethernet card, i canīt remenber the correct model;
the another is a ?????? donīt have name, fcc, model or another identification numbers, but has a logo for Novell Compatible, so i think itīs a ne2000 similar.
My questions:
- There is a software in this World that can read his id number, in the board rom?
- Knowing this, how can i boost the ethernet speed?
