If all you were doing was simply to ask about our plans, I apologize.
Either I or mharo would have replied.  

I have never met you in person nor have you been around much for the last
few years, so I don't know your style and how to "read" what you say.
Email can really be an impersonable medium, and I've found that meeting
several of the committers really helps understanding their emails.

In this case, I may have mis-read the situation as I thought we were
getting some unexpected sarcasm.
