Hello
I have  Asus PC-DL DEluxe motherboard with
em0: <Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Connection, Version - 1.7.16> mem 0xe5000000-0xe501ffff at device 12.0 on pci0
On my box is installed FreeBSD 5.2.1
I can't setup my network
 
em0: watchdog timeout -- resetting

em0: Link is Down
em0: Link is up 1000 Mbps Full Duplex
