Message-ID: <20020214223914.A28910@xmission.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline User-Agent: Mutt/1.2.5i Sender: owner-freebsd-multimedia@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.org I've recently purchased a WinTV card -- the bktr driver and fxtv are both working. I'm now trying to tweak the display and I'm having two problems. 1. I can't get it to go fullscreen. It only runs in a very small window and when I zoom it changes to a larger (but hardly fullscreen) window. I've checked my baseTranslations and z: TVToggleZoom(fullscreen) is set. Does it really go fullscreen or is ~640x480 the max size? 2. The output is dark. Adjusting the settings through "Appearance" helps, but it's still not very clear. I notice that if I select a menu and hold down the mouse button, the image sharpens quite nicely. Here's my setup: FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE #13: Wed Feb 13 18:28:09 MST 2002 jch@kampachi.islay.net:/usr/src/sys/compile/KAMPACHI CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) Processor (1007.06-MHz 686-class CPU) real memory = 268369920 (262080K bytes) avail memory = 257572864 (251536K bytes) pci1: at 5.0 irq 11 bktr0: mem 0xf4002000-0xf4002fff irq 11 at device 13.0 on pci0 bktr0: Hauppauge Model 44801 C126 bktr0: Hauppauge WinCast/TV, Philips NTSC tuner.
