MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR= ${PKGNAMEPREFIX}${PORTNAME}
is equal to
MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR=  py??-xmlrpc

Somewhat changes in bsd.python.mk but haven't sync
in this port.

Other py ports may have this problem too.
