It isn't hard if you are a professional to do these things yourself, a build on a build box and then push out of the binaries is very little work indeed to keep whatever your machines may be up to date. The hardest machine for me to update was an old redhat linux machine that has yet to be EOL, the freebsd boxes were updated the same way our sun boxes were.
