I have a NEC computer p75 24mb of ram about 3 years old. it has been running win95 fine. I have tried to install both 3.1 and 3.2 free bsd on it with no luck. I use the boot floppies and have a network card. it goes through the boot disk and I request everything to be installed goes to ftp://freebsd.org and downloads everything. when I exit install to boot to freebsd, I get the NEC screen, NEC bios info and then a read error any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance. kitty To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
