--7JfCtLOvnd9MIVvH Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline This is a problem with the Emacs 23.2 version, which ships its own version of semantic and cedet. The command M-x semnatic-mode comes from Emacs' very own semantic port and the described issues also seems to occur in a clean ports installation. The original cedet package (as installed by devel/cedet) does not have any special semantic-mode option and works as supposed and described.
