Well, for a start, your settings are not correct.  Your message
consisted of a single line of 180 characters.  Follow the link above
to see what you can do about it.  Here's how it should have looked:

Secondly, if you don't tell us more details of your problem, we can't
help you beyond saying that 99% of such problems are caused by the
Microsoft end.
