It's really easy to jump the "cp" step and just need ${CONF}/LIBH-BOOT. If we include LIBH-BOOT in the repository, we're getting in a fun game of chasing various config files (GENERIC vs PCCARD vs LINT vs NOTES) in various trees (4.x vs 5.x). Yuk.
