There is no panic, it just seems to freeze. I have included a dmesg from a boot with a disk in the drive and indicated the point at which it freezes without the disk in. It worked fine on 5.1-RELEASE. I have atapicam in the kernel. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? Mark Copyright (c) 1992-2003 The FreeBSD Project.
