patch

This patch provides updates to bash and db4 rpm's.

Changelog:
* Previously, the db4 utility did not free unused mutexes properly when run=
ning
the db_verify command and exited with an error. With this update, the mutex=
es
are properly freed and the db4 utility does not run out of resources for new
mutexes. (BZ#1395599)
* Previously, when bash expanded a parameter stored in a string that exceed=
ed
the memory allocation limit for string expansion, it crashed with a
segmentation
fault error. With this update, the string expansion code has been updated, =
and
bash now exits gracefully with an error message instead of crashing when a
string is too long to expand. (BZ#1403215)

Tested with Poudriere on 10.3 (plist errors with dev/shm, proc and sys, whi=
ch
are expected).
