I suggest in share/mk/bsd.README, (notwithstanding the 
]  XXX This document is seriously out of date, it is currenly being revised.
) that 
]  Each ".mk" file has a
]  corresponding ".rd" file which is an explanation of the ".mk" file.
be removed, as it is false & misleading.

I wouldn't care if it just said "future intention is that ... blah blah",
(or was changed to say that),  but current info is false.
