Realitively inexpensive and low power, FLOSS driver for Linux. If you are willing to deal with binary-only, there is Cubieboard and RaspberryPi, I'm not sure how far along these are BSD-wise. FLOSS-friendly hardware is in the works, but not ready yet. Additional engineering talent and money would help.
