Indeed, if Outlook had such a feature people would have the technical capacity to complain. It then requires that people have the urge and learn how to complain. Somewhere else someone wrote that unices encourage creativity in the sense of active thinking whilst microsoft encourages the lazy. That may be something of an overstatement but I think that it does contain an element of truth. So would Outlook users want to know how to complain?
