Can the generic kernel in the latest binary patch replace the kernel on the install cd? In otherwords is ther anything in there to verify the eact size? i.e. checksum Is there anyway to replace the ports on the install cd since there is no checksum file included? Where can I find the patched kernel source and can it be replaced on the install cd?
