<aryeh.friedman@gmail.com>=0D=0A=0D=0AThere is something special about =
laptops, which distincts them from desktop and server =
hardware.=0D=0ARequirement for cooling maintaince!=0D=0A=0D=0A> =
hw.acpi.thermal.tz0.temperature: 94.0C=0D=0A=0D=0AThis pretty much says =
it all.=0D=0AFix starts when you turn OFF your laptop and disassemble it, =
in order to get to the heatsink and fan.=0D=0ADon't remove heatsink as it =
is tied to CPU and you don't have thermal paste.=0D=0A=0D=0AClean fan =
with alcohol and sticks and also paths thru which air circulates. Those =
surfaces must be super clean.=0D=0A=0D=0AI had a same case of CPU =
throtling at ~85=B0=0D=0AAfter I did this maintance I'm having a "new" =
laptop which operates at 45 - 55=B0 at 100% CPU, for hours=0D=0AOnly in =
extreme cases it is throtled to 90%=0D=0A=0D=0ABe prepared to go very =
deep in your laptop. I had to remove almost everything except MBO and CPU =
and GPU.=0D=0A=0D=0AAfter that use vacuum cleaner each 6 months, on =
fan=0D=0A65-70=B0 indicates maintaince time.=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0ADomagoj =
