https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D217462 Bug ID: 217462 Summary: lang/pocl: Build with a newer LLVM Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: rezny@freebsd.org Created attachment 180401 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D180401&action= =3Dedit build pocl with llvm38 Version 0.13 of pocl supports LLVM 3.8 so build with that instead of 3.7. T= his port is the last depending on llvm37 as far as I know, whereas there's at l= east a half-dozen others depending on llvm38 at the moment. It would be nice to build against LLVM 3.9 like the rest of the graphics stack, but that is not supported by any currently released version of pocl. While there is work to support LLVM 3.9 (and 4.0) in upstream git, there is not yet a release and = the work is spread across many commits, so a patch to back-port support for cur= rent LLVM is not practical. --- Comment #1 from Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org> --- Maintainer informed via mail --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
