DEPRECATE graphics/{open,qt}gtl

OpenGTL appeared to be dead upstream when I patched it to build with LLVM 3=
.3 a
year and a half ago. When Calligra was updated to 2.9 in Dec 2015, there wa=
s no
longer any consumer of QtGtl, and QtGtl is the only consumer of OpenGTL, so
both have been useless for over a year. The domain no longer resolves so I
don't think these are coming back and the version of LLVM they work with is
EOL.
