have you tried looking in the ports collection?  I just searched the ports
collection and got:

$make search key=halflife
Port:   HLDS-3.1.0.1
Path:   /usr/ports/games/halflifeserver
Info:   Half-Life server for Linux - includes Counterstrike

perhaps you need to update your ports collection?
