It's not finding the tcl include directory

/usr/local/lib/tcl8.4/generic

I had to add this to the X11_INCLUDES = -I/usr/local/lib/tcl8.4/generic
in the /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/tk84/work/tk8.4.6/unix/Makefile
then it compiles fine
