Subject: change in non-english docs cvsup and makefile ?

My recent cvs files seem confused. My cvsupdates led to an error when
updating the 'doc' collection. Has something changed? I went in and
changed the 'www/en' line to 'www' and everything was ok. But i don't have
space to collect all of the languages, and i think it trips up the makefile
if i just delete the directories.
