Not sure if this is a -stable or -ports question, so here goes: I just did a make world on a 4.1.1. I also have a fresh ports tree. When I try to make a port (I tried 4 different under archivers, and xlockmore) I get this message: Error: your port uses an old layout. Please update it to match this bsd.port.mk According to UPGRADING, the port tree should work again. I haven't made a cvsup on ports/all, I have used the example/port-supfile and removed the foreign languages.
