Gnome2 is up and running, though the bottom of the output for the Gnome2 weather applet is cut off. I haven't tried compiling a new kernel yet or updating any system source yet, so this is coming from a fresh install. The running machine is a home-built tower "appliance". The floppy drive, which works just fine under FBSD-4.x, STILL doesn't work under FBSD-5.x ?!? Whilst the ACPI "error" messages occur, there doesn't (yet) seem to be any ill affect on the system. /var/run/dmesg.boot: Copyright (c) 1992-2003 The FreeBSD Project.
