ftp.freebsd.org doesn't do on-the-fly compression any more to try and
keep down the load.  So the URL should be

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports-current/net/cvsup.tar

instead.

I've saw a commit go through tonight to update the cvsup documentation.
